Freight and Transportation

Throughout Australia, Gowanloch Engineering uses AUSTRALIA POST.

Freight costs apply to all orders; Freight costs will vary due to size, quantity, weight and the state to which the final destination will be delivered.

When placing your order, the freight calculator will automatically add in your freight cost at the checkout point. This is added to your total purchase price based on the size of your order and is calculated as you type in your zip code.

Payment Options

We accept: VISA Card and Mastercard, we also accept direct credit card, bank transfers and money orders in Australian Currency.

Delivery

Allow 7 days for delivery ex warehouse via Australia Post. Once your order has been picked and loaded onto the Australia Post system you will be emailed your consignment note details as confirmation. With this information you will be able to track your purchase through the Australia Post system.

Order Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once goods have been dispatched the order must be treated as a return. (Please Read Returns Policy Below)
